Skull Banner Day of the Dead Decor

 

Skull banner halloween decorations handmade in Mexico from colourful tissue paper and traditionally used to decorate altars and cemeteries all over Mexico at Day of the Dead (Dia de Muertos) in early November.

Sold in sets of 5 garlands. one garland is 5 metres / 16ft long featuring one traditional sugar skull design repeated on each of its 10 colourful flags. Each flag measures 35cm x 47cm (13.5in x 18.5in)

The more papel picado you put up, the more amazing your venue will look!

This garland also works well for Halloween party decorations.

You hang papel picado up just like regular bunting. Tie them around strong clear sellotape, or anything available, or stick up temporary clear 3M Command Decorating Clips.

To make longer garlands, tie them together at each end. To make shorter garlands, cut the string down to your desired length and rip off any unwanted flags.
