      Papel picado is a traditional Mexican decoration made by cutting detailed patterns into paper. The name means “perforated paper”.

      Our papel picado banners are handcrafted in Mexico using traditional chisels to cut the designs. The finished flags create a lace-like pattern when displayed.

      Wedding banner designs are available in ready-made options. Lengths include:

      • 5 metres (16 ft)
      • 10 metres (33 ft)

      Ready-made banners ship the same day from warehouses in the UK and the USA.

      These decorations are commonly used above ceremony spaces, reception tables, dance floors, and entrances.
