HOW MUCH TO ORDER?:
1) Measure the different lengths of where you'd like the papel picado to hang.
2) Add all these lengths together to get your total length
3) For a draping/swag/arching effect - add an extra 10% onto the total length (you can do this by multiplying the total by 1.1).
